Selected Work

Not everything I've built. The things that taught me something worth passing on.

Infrastructure for the Energy Transition

Building systems that keep solar farms running when the weather doesn't cooperate.

Started as an intern building CI pipelines and hardening security. Stayed as a full-time engineer architecting the systems that keep utility-scale solar plants online — including a failover controller that prevents outages during storms, and an API optimization that cut response times by 65%.

Building a Company from a Dorm Room

Co-founded a digital agency. Somehow it worked.

Co-founded and led the technical side of Growth Heads Digital — a web development and digital marketing agency that grew to six-figure revenue, 25+ clients, and a team of 30 interns. Covered in Business Standard, The Print, and ANI. Learned more from this than from most of my formal education.

Making 4,000 Hours Disappear

Automation that saved more time than it took to build.

Built automation for internal processes at Barclays — SQL integrity checks, Selenium-based test suites, and a solution that standardized across 17 applications and saved 4,000 man-hours annually. The more interesting lesson: automating a bad process just makes the bad process faster.

Research at NC State

Two projects, one degree, one quantum circuit, and one very useful tree.

During my master's I worked on two research projects: building an interactive probabilistic risk assessment tool in D3.js that made complex data 15x more readable, and developing an optimized parallel quantum circuit in Python to represent complex polynomials efficiently.

Atlas of Me

A travel scrapbook on a spinning globe. Currently building.

A personal travel scrapbook app where memories live on an interactive 3D globe. You pin where you've been, log what you felt, and watch your life take shape geographically. Built with Next.js 15, PostgreSQL, Clerk auth, and Cloudinary for media.

A Game for People Who Think They Know Music

Music trivia, mood playlists, and a friend who wouldn't let the idea die.

Built with my friend Aayush for people who are slightly too confident about their music taste. Hook'd has games that test how well you actually know your artists — album covers, top 10 songs, discography blind spots you didn't know you had — and a discover section that surfaces playlists by mood instead of genre.

IMDB for NFTs

A social network for NFTs that 2,000 people actually used.

Built a social network for NFT discovery using the MERN stack and OpenSea APIs. Pitched to YCombinator and 100xVC. 500 users in the first week, 2,000 total. A useful lesson in the gap between building something and building something people find.

Open Source Education

Contributing to a platform thousands of students depend on.

Contributed 1,000+ lines to Expertiza, an open-source peer-review platform used at NC State and universities worldwide. A large, mature codebase — the kind you don't control, you navigate.
